If registering a student for the first time by credit card, you may fill out the form below. You will then be transferred to our payments page where you can make the initial $100.00 deposit by Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Alternatively, you may make the full $400.00 payment if you so desire.

Special Note: Monday-Wednesday classes begin at 6pm on the first Monday, then the rest of the classes are 3pm-5pm.

The first class for all programs is a parent night, and one parent must accompany the student for the first class.
